1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how Luluvc (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with WarmLight: Night Light & Sound for iPhone, its Apple Watch companion, and the related product and support pages on this website.

2. No personal data collected by the app
The current version of WarmLight does not transmit personal data to us through the app. It requires no account, contains no advertising, includes no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
The light, ambient sounds, and timer work on your device without an internet connection. The app does not access your contacts, location, photos, microphone, or health data. Sounds are bundled with the app or generated on the device.
3. Information that stays on your device
On iPhone, WarmLight saves your selected sound and sound-timer duration or continuous-play preference. On Apple Watch, it separately saves the light level and related light preferences, including the auto-off timer setting. We cannot remotely access these preferences through the app.
The app uses device timing information for countdowns and responds to system display and watch-orientation events to adjust its interface or light. This processing happens locally and is not uploaded as a usage history. Device backup and restoration may be handled by Apple according to your system settings.
4. When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if provided, the message, and any screenshots, device information, or other details you choose to include. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot, and follow up on your support request.
Our email providers process messages for delivery, storage, and security. Messages sent to our Gmail address are also subject to the Google Privacy Policy. We do not use support messages for advertising or sell the personal information in them.
5. When you visit this website
We have not added advertising trackers, third-party visitor analytics, contact forms, or user accounts to this website. Email links open your email application; clicking a link alone does not send us a message.
Our hosting and content-delivery providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure pages, such as your IP address, the requested page, browser information, and request time. We have not added advertising or analytics cookies; the hosting provider may use essential security mechanisms. This website processing is separate from the offline WarmLight app.
6. Apple services and diagnostics
The App Store, TestFlight, device backups, and system diagnostics are managed by Apple under its policies and your settings. Apple may make crash or performance diagnostics available to developers according to your sharing settings. WarmLight does not integrate a separate third-party crash-reporting service.

8. Your choices and rights
You can choose not to contact us, or share only the information needed for your request. Deleting WarmLight from a device removes its local app data on that device; Apple’s Offload App feature may retain data. Apple Watch app data must be handled separately.
Where applicable law provides rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal information, you can send a request to luluventures.ivy@gmail.com or team@deepvalues.ai. We may need to reasonably verify who is making the request. Because the app does not transmit personal data to us, we cannot retrieve your local app preferences from a server.
9. Children’s privacy
WarmLight does not ask users of any age to submit personal information and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us in a support email, contact luluventures.ivy@gmail.com or team@deepvalues.ai so we can address it and delete the information where appropriate.
10. Changes to this policy
If our features or information practices change, we will update this page and the effective date above. We will provide additional notice where required by law. Any future features will be covered by the privacy information in effect at that time.
